This layer consists of various recorded docuements such as Right of way deeds, drainage/public utility/miscellaneous easements, Irrevocable offers of dedications, and Grant deeds. We digitize the layer when we can utilizing the traverse tool along with the legal descriptions to attempt to give an accurate depiction but many that already existed were possibly just shifted as part of a realignment project for existing features.
